Return Policies

PLEASE NOTE: Most of our products are covered by our 30-Day MBG. Some of our products have a restocking charge and some items (such as cables and special orders) are not returnable once order has been opened. Other products such as custom cable assemblies cannot be returned once cable is cut. Please see the individual product page for information about returnability of each product. If you are not sure whether a product is covered under our 30-Day MBG, please call or email us prior to purchasing.

For products that have a 30-Day MBG or 30-Day MBG with a restocking charge the following applies:

If you are not satisfied with product you have purchased from us within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, we will gladly accept it back and refund your money provided it meets with the following conditions and limitations...

Conditions and Limitations:

- Product MUST be in 100% original, like-new, re-sellable condition and have all documentation and warranty cards included without modification. Damaged, abused, scuffed, scratched, worn or modified products or their packaging will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer. (please contact us for items that have been damaged in shipment)

- Installed equipment such as car kits, glass mount antennas, body mount antennas and software cannot be returned once opened.

- NO product will be accepted without an RMA number or prior approval. ( see below )

- We do not reimburse original or return shipping charges.

- We cannot accept COD's.

- Refunds / Credits will be issued to the credit card used when order was originally placed.

- Under no circumstance will refunds be issued in cash.

- Refused orders (orders refused at customers address) will be charged for shipping and a 10% order processing fee will be assessed.

- Criterion Cellular reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet with these guidelines and refuse credit for product.

- Criterion Cellular also reserves the right to amend or change our return policy from time to time without prior notification.

Special Note for "Free shipping" Returns:

All returned orders that had originally qualified for our " Free Shipping " will be assessed the actual shipping charges for the original order upon return.

Product Warranty Information

For products past the 30-Day MBG period the following procedures and limitations apply.

All products will be serviced according to the manufacturers procedures which may include sending product to manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please call or e-mail us for information on specific manufacturers.

Products will be serviced, repaired or replaced at our option.

No refunds will be issued after the 30-day evaluation period.

No product will be accepted for warranty repair or replacement if product fails due to abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect or accident.

ALL returns must be pre-approved and sent freight prepaid to our offices, packages sent freight collect will be refused.

Please note an RMA is required to return any merchandise. (see below)

Obtaining an RMA

1 - Email us to obtain an RMA Number at: customer-service

Please include the reason for your request and your invoice number (upper right hand corner of invoice).

We will email you complete return instructions along with your RMA # usually within 24 hours.
